Jenna Jameson Indicates The Keto Diet Has Assisted Her Fit Into A Size 4

"I can’t actually explain how good it seems to shop and not worry if 'nothing will fit.'"

It's difficult to talk about the keto diet without talking about Jenna Jameson (she's been raving about it for months, guys). And with her latest Instagram post, it doesn't appear to be she's considering stopping—the diet or the raving—anytime soon.

Jenna shared on Instagram Monday her latest keto-accomplishment: Fitting into a size four, and not stressing over outfits not fitting while shopping.

“I was feeling myself last night,” Jenna captioned an Instagram picture of herself trying on clothes throughout a recent date night with her fiancé Lior. “Seriously I can’t actually explain how good it seems to shop and not worry if ‘nothing will fit,’” she wrote. “It amazed me when I tried on a size 4 and it fit!”

“I can’t sing the praises of my #ketolifestyle more, it’s presented me back my self-confidence and in turn, a feeling of peace,” she continued. “I trust my body now . . . and will still honor it by feeding it organic whole foods.”

Trusting her body is a great achievement for Jenna. Sure, she's been killing it on the keto diet, however she hasn't constantly been feeling herself.

Jenna revealed back in August that she had a hard time with mental health on her weight-loss journey . “I’m going to be honest with you , when I was heavy I disliked leaving the house,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “I felt judged. I felt eyes on me everywhere. I could listen to others internal monologue saying ‘damn, Jenna Jameson let herself go.’”

But now, Jenna states, her “mental game is strong" and she's "getting her groove back” thanks in large part to the keto diet.

In reality, by September, Jenna declared that she’d lost so much weight on keto that she began eating more to try to maintain her present weight. “I don’t want to lose more, therefore I’m upping my calories,” she wrote on Instagram. “I am not saying to myself . . . ‘it’s okay to eat garbage processed nastiness!’ I am sticking to tasty organic fresh foods."
